Unpacking the AI Framework for Australian Schools

Implementing the Australian Framework for Generative AI in Schools can be complex, but Dan Ingvarson, a long-standing EdTech consultant and strategist, is joining us at AI for AussieEd to guide you through it. In collaboration with the Catholic Diocese of Wollongong, Dan has developed a streamlined model to support Australian schools.
In this session, Dan will walk you through his quickstart guide and help you get started on formulating your school’s AI plan.
Some key takeaways:
Align with the Australian Framework for Gen AI.
Equip your staff with essential materials, workshops, and tools.
Focus on data privacy, security, and ethical AI.
Involve staff to ensure relevance and build capacity.
Pilot and refine your approach with actionable feedback.
