CR&RP

    1. Feedback/feed-forward
Try to use a range of strategies to accomplish this effectively. From deep marking of Inquiry reports to Evidence of Learning spreadsheet to self and peer assessment tools
    1. Demanding excellence
I'd like to think I set high expectations for my students. I talk about previous students who have attained to a high level. I am demanding with the quality of Inquiry work.

    1. Relational pedagogy
I think this is always a 'work on' for me. I try to build and maintain effective relationships with students but don't think it is a strength of my teaching.

    1. Power sharing/co-construction/interactive learning
The nature of the Inquiry Learning programme lend's itself to a high level of power sharing and I have tried to apply this to my teaching of Maths and Science. An example is the Genetic Group project.

    1. Cultural responsiveness (Culture counts)

Another area of 'work ons'. I missed out on being included in the coaching part of the CR&RP programme this year. I think it comes down to knowing your students about welcoming those aspects of their identity into the classroom.
